New System for Curriculum Review and Consultation Ready for Use on June 1, 2022

The new CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management System (CIM) is now available for use as of June 1, 2022. This system eventually will replace the Curriculum Review & Consultation System (CRCS) in managing the submission and approval process for all course and program proposals.

During the University's transition to the new system from June 1 - August 12, 2022, faculty may choose to submit course and program proposals in the new CourseLeaf CIM system or continue to make submissions through CRCS. However, faculty are highly encouraged to begin submitting proposals using the new CourseLeaf CIM system beginning June 1.

On August 12, 2022, the University will fully transition to CourseLeaf CIM. At that time, all new course and program proposals must be submitted and approved in the new system. Proposals submitted for review and approval in CRCS before that date will continue their approval path within CRCS. Incomplete proposals that have not been submitted to the workflow review and approval process in CRCS by August 12 will need to be reinitiated in CourseLeaf CIM by the proposer.
